Analyze the cause of the failure:

(1) There is water in the oil, or the cylinder gasket is damaged, the cylinder liner or the cylinder head ruptures and leaks, and the exhaust flexible pipe cylinder are flooded with water.

(2) The camshaft of the fuel injection pump of the individual exhaust flexible pipe cylinder is severely worn, which causes the fuel injection time of the cylinder to lag too much. Diesel fuel cannot be completely burned in the exhaust flexible pipe cylinder, which will also cause the exhaust flexible pipe to emit white smoke.

(3) The exhaust flexible pipe nozzle is poorly atomized or there is more than one gasket under the nozzle. Therefore, when replacing the nozzle, the copper pad inside should be taken out.

(4) The water-cooled exhaust flexible pipe intercooler leaks, and the cooling water enters the cylinder from the exhaust flexible pipe.

(5) The sealing ring at the turbo end of the turbocharger is not tightly sealed, and the oil is directly discharged from the exhaust flexible pipe, forming "white smoke" in the exhaust flexible pipe. If the exhaust flexible pipe emits serious white smoke, under the normal condition of checking other parts, you must carefully check whether the turbocharger is leaking.

(6) Exhaust flexible pipe temperature is too low, the cylinder temperature is difficult to rise, especially in the morning when the engine just started to emit white smoke, it turns into blue smoke after warming up, and soon becomes colorless. This is a normal phenomenon and should be related to the malfunction. Differentiate.

(7) When the vehicle is running, if the engine suddenly becomes weak, the exhaust flexible pipe emits a lot of white smoke, which is generally caused by the late fuel supply time of the exhaust flexible pipe.

The main reasons for analyzing the exhaust flexible pipe are: the coupling screw on the fuel injection pump coupling is loose or the steel sheet is broken; the air compressor shaft of the exhaust flexible pipe is broken; the fuel injection pump shaft is broken.

Blue smoke from exhaust flexible pipe

The formation of blue smoke: engine oil enters the combustion chamber and burns and is discharged from the exhaust flexible pipe.

Analyze the cause of the failure:

(1) The intake valve oil seal is not tightly sealed, and the oil enters the combustion chamber of the exhaust flexible pipe to burn.

(2) The piston ring loses its elasticity or breaks; the cylinder liner is severely worn, and the oil flees into the combustion chamber of the exhaust flexible pipe. In this case, a large amount of exhaust gas will be emitted from the exhaust flexible pipe.

(3) The seal ring at the impeller end of the turbocharger compressor is not tightly sealed, and the organic oil enters the combustion chamber of the exhaust flexible pipe cylinder to burn.
